Organized parts, Complete Instructions, Great Quality!, Stood up to a severe rain storm!!!
This storage box is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I am 69, and very picky. I put this together myself. It was the most organized and complete parts organization I have ever seen......and it was relatively easy to put together. I researched these boxes extensively. I am so happy I purchased this. We stored our cushions last night, and then had terrible rain storms.....everything inside is bone dry! Seriously, this is the BEST. Well made, great instructions, and responsive customer service. Don't hesitate, this is the box to buy!!! I am hard to please, and I am very happy with my purchase. -Bob in StL

Holding up nicely
This surprised me that it actually maintains its waterproof ability, even though it just snaps together. It does keep it out nice, and stays together well. I don’t like that the sides on either side of the front wants to lift up a tiny bit. In summer, I could see this getting bad. Installing the hinges also needed a big of fanangling, as did 1 screw since there was uncut metal in the head. My biggest complaint is the lock hole. It’s nearly impossible to get a lock in there. I was able to find a 6mm shaft lock from master lock, but that size isn’t really outdoor rated, like mine isn’t. That’s kind of frustrating given that you’re probably going to want to lock it. Final flaw, was a tiny broken piece of plastic in the lid, does affect the functionality, but it may make one small section less supported. I dot. Recommend using it like a seat like they said. Overall it is an attractive design, nice color, and at about $70 I paid is an absolute bargain for this size outdoor storage. If it didn’t have those small flaws, this would be a near perfect product for the price especially. I recommend it.

Easy to put together.
Great storage for my deck. I thought it was a little pricey until the wife gave me the choice of this or buying $700 worth of deck chair cushions every couple years.I thought the thing leaked because there were several drops of water inside after heavy rain storms but I installed a lock which kept the wind from lifting the lid during a storm and the inside has been dry during rain and snow.Looks great and the wife assures me it will save me money.

Super easy to assemble
The media could not be loaded. ***ANOTHER UPDATE 04/08/2024***Please do not buy this product. So much money. I was so happy with it and then all the problems started. The lid had to be held down over the winter with bricks because the lid is so warped and leaks. The metal frame actually broke away from the warping. Although the seller gave us a full refund I just do not feel good about people making the same mistake in buying this. We are looking for another one but are now so worried that we will have the same issues. So sad. This one will be thrown out 🥺***ANOTHER UPDATE 10/21/2023***I can not tell you how disappointed i was with this purchase. I love this box. It is perfect for our large deck and stores so much. We had a problem with a leak in the lid and the company ended up reembursing us for the whole thing. Ok, no problem. We now have to drain the lid every time it rains. Also with the heat of the summer the top buckled. WELL this last weekend we were putting everything away from the deck when I noticed that the side of the lid was raised up quite a bit. We raised it and started to look. Not only was the top drooping from the heat, it actually pulled the metal frame away from the lid and it is not closing. We stacked bricks on the top for now to keep the rain and evenually snow out of our stuff. We live in Ohio. We did not have a super hot summer. People in much hotter states, this IS NOT FOR YOU. So dissappointed**UPDATE** SELLER MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT AND REIMBURSED US FOR THE DAMAGED PRODUCTWe originally really liked this but now we have problems with the lid being bowed and holding water. No problem I just lift the lid and let the water fall down the back. The other day I noticed there is a hole inside the lid that is leaking all over my belongings inside. I can seal that up but why?? Where is the water getting in at. Then I have to leave the lid open to drain. This is going to get so nasty in the lid with the constantly sitting water

Nice deck box- came with damaged piston that can't be replaced
The deck box is great and works well, EXCEPT for the end of one piston being damaged. I emailed the company and got no response. However, I called the company # that came with the deck box. The customer service rep told me that they do not have the part and would have to order it and not sure if it would even be possible to get it. Customer service at the deck box company told me to reach out to Amazon, but they don't have the part either. I will keep the deck box since I have already put it together and can still use it. This just sucks that I paid over $200 for this product and one piston to hold the lid open is broken and I can't get a replacement. Probably would've given 5 stars if the piston were replaced.
