HAHA Squirrels, WE WIN!
We have had this about a month now, and it is the perfect size to hold our outdoor dining cushions between use. The squirrels were starting to tear them apart, and we had to act fast. I like the look and the hydraulic arms to raise and lower this with ease. We have had many rain storms, and our cushions have stayed nice and dry. A little humidity in there, but that's natural - I'd like the internal section to be a bit breathable. We took it apart in the driveway and moved it piece by piece to the installation site. It's pretty heavy given the large box size, too. It doesn't lock as far as I can tell, and I deducted one start due to how hard it is for one person to put it together and that you need ore tools (screwdriver and mallet) to put it together. It functions very well, but assembly was not easy. But when it is all together, it is very sturdy! Try harder next time, squirrels!!!! HAHA

terribel customer service and seller -
If you're considering purchasing a Yita Home product, be prepared for a customer service experience that's about as pleasant as stepping on a rusty nail. I recently purchased their 260-gallon deck box (one of FOUR I've bought from them – fool me once, shame on you; fool me four times… well, you get the picture). This last one arrived with a missing part – a tiny metal ring essential for the locking mechanism. You'd think a company with a "12-month warranty" would be eager to resolve such a minor issue. Think again.Instead of a simple "no problem, we'll send you the part," I was sent on a wild goose chase through a bureaucratic maze that would make Kafka proud. First, they couldn't find my order, even though I provided multiple order numbers and receipts. Then, they insisted I contact Wayfair (where I purchased the box) to "raise a ticket," despite the fact that their warranty makes no mention of this ridiculous requirement. I even offered to pay for the missing part, but they still refused. The kicker? They claim they can't help me because I didn't contact them "through the platform." Apparently, their warranty only applies if you perform some arcane ritual involving carrier pigeons and a sacrificial goat. Here's a summary of Yita Home's "customer service" strategy:Ignore: Pretend they can't find your order, even when presented with irrefutable evidence.Deflect: Blame the retailer and force you to jump through hoops.Frustrate: Make the process so convoluted that you eventually give up.The end result? I returned the defective box, wasting my time and costing Yita Home far more in return shipping than the 50-cent part they refused to send. They lost a loyal customer (and potentially many more, thanks to my online reviews and complaints to various consumer agencies) over a piece of metal smaller than a dime.Bottom line: Yita Home's warranty is worthless, and their customer service is an insult to anyone who values their time and sanity. Do yourself a favor and buy from a company that actually stands behind its products.

Highly recommend!
This was pretty easy to assemble (hubby and I) and took us about 45 minutes. It has rained a few times since we put it outside and no water has gotten inside.I’m very glad I chose this storage product!

Flimsy but will work
Got what I paid for. Plastic is flimsy compared to the Suncast I purchased a couple of years back. Of course this one was half the price of a Suncast so you do indeed get what you pay for. Will be functional to store pillows etc so it will meet our needs. To much trouble to return it so will see if is keeps things dry.

Just right
It suits my purpose of storing deck chair cushions well. Assembly was easy (it was harder to get it out of the box than to put it together.) The parts lined up precisely and fit snuggly. All in all, the quality is excellent for a reasonable price.
