I have tried many different kinds of crystallized ginger, and this is by far the best. It’s not too sweet, it’s perfectly chewy without getting stuck in my teeth, it’s not fibrous or stringy, and it is spicy and fresh.I had been buying another brand, but this is the only one I will buy now

Flavour and consistency of ginger pieces are perfection. Very much appreciate that this product is not bogged down with sugar as so many brands of crystallized ginger seem to be. This is as close to the wonderful ginger I remember from living in Queensland, Australia - where the ginger produced in Buderim is world standard.Will be repeat customer, both for product flavour and value for money.

This is the real deal. It's sliced pretty thin, and some pieces are a bit fibrous, but the flavor is just fantastic, and it finishes with a long-lasting burn.

Tastes great but the bag showed up a with a box blade slice in it. Luckily it was recent and there is no spoiled product. No way to get a refund though.

Shipping is fast, tast is great. Ginger slices are really dried. Excellent value and quality.

After getting into a bad habit of eating peach ring candies from the gas station every night before bed, I had to find an alternative that was of similar texture but not just pure chemical sweeteners and empty calories. BEHOLD: the perfect alternative!Yes, the taste is very different, and I would certainly think liking the taste of ginger is an important component here, but the texture and the sugar coating is chefs kiss. These are thin sliced instead of the typical cubed kind, which makes them even more like candy and delicious! Plus, ginger has wonderful digestive benefits which is something that I personally really appreciate as someone with chronic digestive problems. I will definitely be buying again and again!

Fresh with just right amount of sugar and real ginger taste. Can eat alone or drop a piece in tea. Would buy again.

The last batch I received was not as good as the previous batch. The slices were drier and seemed to be perhaps not as fresh overall, with some pieces overly stringy and inedible.
